James Perse offers returns or exchanges on unwashed, unworn, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip inside the package.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
